Interesting Jump Seat Installation

Found this jump seat installation online, thought it was pretty slick- The article states the seats were sourced from an early 90's Ford Ranger.

It's a pretty nice Scrambler too, Was for sale a year ago for $7600 according to the site.

I really like that idea as opposed to having a 3rd seat back there. Gives the passengers a little leg room. Not something I would want out on the highway with 6 people riding in the Jeep, but would be handy for hauling folks onto the farm for hunting.

I actually sold those type of seats on eBay a few month ago thinking in was going to set it up like that.. Then reality set in and figured someone is going to be ejected from them when you hit a bump.. 3rd bench seat is somewhat safer in my opinion.
