That CJ3b is cool and all, but $79k???

That's over 3x the value of my Audi and Scrambler combined!

Here are some more pics from the show taken by a very good friend of mine - Brit Mansell - owner of Octane Media.

Thanks for that link. Tons of pics!

Wow!

Also, I chuckled a bit seeing the Smart cars with all the mods. Just more stuff to buff out of the bumpers of other cars .

Yes Jscherb, that's the one. I have been curious about them the more I see them. Thanks charliev, I'll get a back issue and check out the reviews on those. I have always been involved in the rock crawling aspect of wheeling and I think now that the family is getting older I'd like to venture out a bit and look at longer expedition trips. When I was growing up my dad took us out on longer trips for weeks at a time into different countries and I'd like to start doing the same with my family. I was going through his stored equipment and I found gas cans, water cans. stoves. cooking equipt., beds, tents, tarps, and all sorts of other stuff. Now if I can incorporate this into a trailer I'd be set.

Yes, the Expedition JK was there and opened up.

Nice unit but not the one I was thinking of, There was an Earthroamer at Moab this past EJS built on a JK chassis but I never saw it opened up. those are some expensive rigs!

Odly enough, the friend of mine who's pictures y'all are enjoying with Octane Media, he's going to be starting a new website this week for the company that built the aluminum peterbuilt hotrod. Current website for them is here. That website does need some help.

Brit is a pretty good web developer.

He's just finished the new website for Blue Torch Fabworks in Birmingham, AL.
Check it out.
