1983 Scrambler
360 v8 4BBL w/performer intake, Edelbrock carb
T176 4spd. Trans Dana 300 Transfer case
Dana 30 front axle AMC 20 rear w/one piece shafts.
I bought this for a project, I am not going to get to it this year, I have many other . This is a good start for a Scrambler trail rig.
Here is whats good:
Its a Scrambler
360 V8 runs good
Power brakes
Springs look to be 2.5" lift
Previous owner said new clutch just installed.
Frame great shape (very hard to find), except rear crossmember is bent.
Body is repairable, previous owner fiberglassed front floors and cut patches into side and they were never completed.
most electrical seems to work, fuel guage works.
The bad:
Crappy homemade body lift
body needs some work but overall fixable
carb runs rich
starter whines
needs engine fan has some little dinky electric on it and don't knoww if it works.
Transfer case shifter needs hooked up(previous owner didn't finish when changed clutch)
All in all with a few days work and little money this could be a nice trail rig.
Tires in pic are not included, a set of rollers will be installed when sold.
