Aluminum wheels Question

I'm going for lightness, less weight. I hear that forged are "stronger and lighter" than cast, but everything I'm seeing online that fits a CJ is either cast or they don't say. Does anyone know of a forged aluminum CJ wheel?

And if so, how much lighter are they really? a few pounds?

And what about "alloy" wheels. Does alloy imply cast or forged?

Forger are stronger and often lighter and can bend on impact and be hammered back somewhat if needed where as cast tends to crack easier. Centerline and alcoa made forged in the past as I am.sure other companies did also. I thought I read the factory aluminum slots were forged.
