Meaning of letters on frame?

Hi guys.

I just dropped my fuel tank to put in a Holley in-tank pump and I found the production date on the frame crossmember above the tank.

Does anyone know what the 90 AW means? I assume it's some sort of production code but I can't find it on the history sites or on a general Google search.
