Depends on the finish you want. I would sand them and the edges and then finish them with Rust-O=Leum black texture paint. If you want a satin or semi-gloss finish, then spend more time prepping them.

I'll let you know when I get the next bunch of castings and have them ready.
Hello, Kim. I've got a friend in Dallas that recently restored an 85 CJ-7 and would like to purchase an aluminum front frame cover. He's not on any of the Jeep forums but if you have an email address, I will pass it on. Thanks
I'm interested in bumper end caps, I've read that Scrambler caps will fit my J20. If you need to make multiple sets at a time I can wait my plastic ones are mostly intact just starting to get brittle.
Hello, Kim. I'm new to the forum, but a long time owner of Jeep Scramblers. I heard that you sell cast iron rear bumper end caps, and would like to buy a set. Do you have any available for sale? Thank you. Kristen and John, Crofton, Maryland.

Will be picking up a few sets from the foundry any day now. They are cast aluminum.

Hey Kim, we bought a set of your endcaps in 2017 and would like to buy another set for a new project.
    Thanks, Kate and Ernie
