Hey Matt! Your first two are solid. Halls steaks are out of this world. There are so many choices, depending on what you want. Hanks Seafood is awesome, as is MCGradys, Husk and Peninsula Grill. If you can get decent reservation times at Peninsula Grill, that's a top one.
