Oh, I know about cost overruns. The builder of our remodel built the shop- to home standards. It’s got all 2x6 framing, blown in blanket insulation, fully sheet rocked and textured, with plywood and osb exterior sheeting and vapor barrier under Hardieplank siding and then painted and shingled to match the house. Then there was the electrical… I’ve got about $100k in just the building. 🙄

I am not a body guy but trying to get as much done before it goes to a body shop, if I can find one that is not full already. The red one is the donor one. It is swiss cheese. So I will have a running driving rusted bad, parts for sale after a bit. 258 4 speed and stock axles. It does have a snow blade to go with it. Sold as parts do to it being my donor for the VIN# and just a few parts I am taking off of it. It does have 2 sets full doors and the half hard top.

I always find it a little hard to imagine you have that much elevation over there, even though the hiway does go up and down over in that area. I think you said you are at 50 ft. above sea level. We are about 8 ft. and very glad at that considering some are below sea level just a few miles away. I'm about 500 ft from the Mississippi River and when the large ships go up and down the river they are very visible with their decks maybe from 30 to 70 ft above us depending if loaded or not, and the wheel house and masts a lot higher than that.

Yep, its hard to see in the pictures, but my property is basically flat for 75% at 50' ASL, the last 25% is a cliff/steep hill that drops down to the Tchoutacabuff River. My property and the adjoining 8 lots are on a high bluff. It is very rare to have waterfront property here this high and dry. Only way I would ever live this close to the water, don't have to worry about flooding
Old tires were pretty dry rotted, got her some new shoes.
