    I like old school. Jeeps mainly, but I enjoy wheeling with some Toyota guys too. The old 4runner fell thru the ice. Took us an hour or so to extract him without damage.

    This is at a gas and oil battery and refinery. This is actually the start point of the big KInder Morgan pipeline to the coast of BC, from Alberta’s heartland.

    The crane was a tracked unit, the counterweight super-structure was attached and slaved to it, and as the crane spun and then travelled, the counterweight just followed along on its wheels.

    This lift was, and still is the biggest I was ever in charge of. 750,000 lbs. 1.5 million+ in counter weights. The crane was a 1750 tonne machine, absolutely massive. It was a pick, swing and travel lift, and one that I was nerved out about for months. :ROFLMAO:

    This things amazing. Sorry I'm digging so far back, I'm reading my way thru right now, and I had to comment on the flat fender in the last pic here. Wanna send it to Alberta for me? lol!! And off topic too, but the ZJ is almost as bad ass as your scrambler is!
