Keep at it and as it has been said, the right tools do make it a bit easier on the hands, but in the end you are cutting metal retaining clips off and it takes some effort.
I picked up another set of seats that are in need of covers as well... going to be doing that this winter...
I have a few more goodies for trading that came from some recent Jeeps and parts hauls... the hood side is NOT original lettering, looks like early Phoenix graphics maybe as it has 2 part construction.... is close, but not exact. The Jeep side badge came off a 79 C7. Looking for trade, not...
These are the plates I have for exchange at the moment. I am just looking for stuff that I don't currently have, doesn't have to be US either, can be anything really... just looking for more garage wall art.
Dragging this thing back to the top after a year plus... I got this the other day that was pretty cool... not for trade but wanted to see if people had plates for trade... I have a few, just need to take pictures of them.
Also on the bench was the rustiest VIN tag I have ever seen...
It was on the tub I dragged home and was falling apart... it decodes out as a 1984 5 speed 258, but I don't have the other windshield VIN or a title, etc... nice piece of wall art / conversation piece now.

I am the same way... if it is just me I can push on and only stop for absolute necessity... it makes the trip a lot faster usually and really clears the head and allows me to figure out a lot of things.
Stay safe and push on.
Finally got the workbenches setup for working on the Jeeps in the right configuration that I am comfortable with.
I have 2 functional workbenches near the lifts now... the OG one that I had in the previous shop and the stainless top on the toolbox.
It is at a slightly higher height that I prefer...
agreed, I have only ever used Classic for all the parts you mentioned... but they never made the sides... these sides I think can be used now.
I was putting together a list to "make a tub from scratch" type of idea... in a jig, clamp it up, then weld it.
I think it is possible if you have a...
I was leary on these side panels, but I have to say... they are pretty close.
A lot more so then what comes on the tubs... which is confusing to me, but perhaps they revamped the process.
The upper part was/is a concern on the tubs.
It wasn't "crisp"... it was more rounded to me compared to the...
