You got to what I was thinking while reading this post the noise is in front of the transmission, not the transmission or back, throw out bearing is what pop into my head while reading.
Don't do what I did with the clock, wired it up then installed a battery disconnect! I now need to go find the wire and move it to the battery.......it's pretty but, pretty use less right now.

No I do not but some one on here probably does. Not an alignment guy but from what I have seen on the newer Jeeps pages is a very small change to the towed in side the help them with wondering.
