I used the dorman contour fan and the junkyard wires using this diagram. This Summer I just bypassed the engine coolant sensor with a paperclip to keep it on high continuously. There are a few writeups online using a Volvo temp sensor for the high and low function of these fans.

Couldn't wait...Doors fully restored, installed with new seals. I have almost 500 miles on it and not happy with the brakes. Everything is new, no air in the lines, rear drums are adjusted but I can't get the brakes to lock up. Booster is getting 16 inches of vacuum. Is that too low?

You can also purchase an aluminum cover that has a drain plug. It will rub against the 20 gallon tank if you don't "modify" the skid plate.

I have their shorty headers and they are nice and beefy. I don't know why I read across the internet that some leak and some don't but regardless, my tailpipes were spitting out water because the extra air was causing a lean mixture and running hot ashy plugs.
