For 24 years it wasn’t a problem. For some reason this year the smog techs are skittish so I had to make an appointment w a state referee. After it passed I took the approved BAR test to my usual smog guy. He said bring approved paperwork to next smog in 2 years
Follow up… had the Dorman manifold installed and exhaust cleaned up after header removal. Scrambler passed at the referee no problem. Stock manifold is quieter but I do miss the little bit of power the header gave. Next I’ll need to figure if I still need to run premium gas to avoid detonation...

I too have the Mopar MPI kit. The original fuel pump lasted for quite a few years till it failed. The multiple replacements did not last long. Went w the Novak in tank and no more issues since. Same issue w guage calibration off and idea for an access door to replace in future. Scrambled minds...
