    Removing brake proportioning valve

    Has anyone run into a problem when trying to unbolt the proportioning from the chassis? The bolts that holds it to the chassis will not back out because the nuts inside the chassis are spinning with the bolts and you have very little access to the nuts. Thanks for any help on this situation.
