5 lug.
This is the #s on one of the rims.
Do these relate to eom rims?

Ignore second picture, i can not even see it when teying to edit post. IDK, anyway, that is a picture of one of the rims. I THINK they are oem Jeep.

Yes they are... here is a set on my wifes... never noticed the serial number thing before

Love those Michelins. I couldn't get the right size for my Stump Jumper 8.

They are getting a bit old... I met my wife 13 years ago and soon there after she got them... now they barely get driven and are always in a garage, but I always want to err on the side of caution so we will have to figure out some new ones soon.

The rims also have a stamping saying forged on the back.
