So it looks like a new job opportunity is opening up for me in Carrollton, GA. Anyone live down that way that can tell me more about the area? I lived north of Atlanta for 14 or 15 years, but I never really got to the west side of town much.

Thoughts?

I live just to the southeast of Carrollton in Sharpsburg. Carrollton is not a bad place to be,more acreage available and a lot more affordable than the Northside.

Thanks oldyellowcj. I have only been down that way once or twice, but it did seem like there was a lot of open space and land for sale. It is definitely cheaper to live out that way then where I am now too.
