The trip report/outdoor activities category is my favorite on this site but it gets no love! My addition this time is another Deer Valley trip south of Lake Tahoe. This is an organized trip by the Tahoe Hi-Lo's and is always followed by a delicious dinner and a good raffle. Probably 50+ rigs, mostly Jeeps as always, at the event. Glad to see about a dozen or more CJ's of all types. For those unfamiliar with this type of California wheeling, it's forested granite trails with great views and challenging trips. I think we were the only Scrambler in the trip this year but it was still great fun. Jeep did great, broke off a rear shock bolt (not uncommon) and put a small tear in my soft top. All in all a good time!
