On Sunday, we went to EAA in Oshkosh, WI.

Amazed to see Scramblers all over the place! An 8 here and an 8 there. The grounds used them for VIP transport, servicing aircraft, driving down the runways to clear wondering peoples, picking up cones --- almost as many eights as aircraft -- well, not really.

I saw that Scrambler also when I was at the EAA last week. I just didn't have the time to post up the pics yet. Did you see the yellow and black checker board painted one?

Yeah, the checkerboard 8 was a busy little truck. They had a Jeep garage up by the warbirds section. I didn't have time to ask about them. The museum is open all year. I guy could actually join up and work on them. They look in really good shape, because they don't use them on salty streets. Maybe only one week a year ??
