Did you get a new plug? I found them on Amazon for $8. Used a Dakota digital controller so I have low and high speed function and can program the turn on/off points for both low and high speed. Plus the controller will give you a digital temp readout too. You will like the fan, it fits and works great.
I didn't have to modify anything to mount them. Located where I wanted in front of core, used #14 self drilling sheet metal screws to mount on shroud flange. Perfect fit.

What is the depth of these fans? I have a taurus fan and it is too tight. I only have 4" between radiator and engine pulley bolts.

Not at home or I would measure for you. Figure it’s got to be out there somewhere on the internets.

I now run these in the Postal. Need to upgrade to a better controller though.

I am in process of making radiator and fan changes on my Cj8 with Hemi 5.7. I current have

Keeps things cool but fan always runs and is very loud… louder than the Hemi Engine…

Thank you very much but both of those are waaaayyyy to rich for my blood. Need a significantly cheaper solution.

@Truck , I got a dorman Taurus/Contour fan for my Scrambler years ago when I was running the 4.2. I had very little room. I trimmed down the sides to make it thinner. It worked well. The controller I had was an issue and blew fuses, died, and other problems. But the fans were OK. I can send you pics of how much I trimmed the fan.

I no longer use it and went with the clutch fan on my replacement 4.0. What I was able to do to gain clearance was to mount my radiator inside the grill. Where the edges of the radiator meet up with the backside of the grill, instead of having them just attach to the back, I slipped the radiator into the grill so that the flanges went on the front side of that metal. I hope that makes sense, but it gained me about .5 “ or so of room. And that helps a lot.

If you want my electric fan, you can have it.

Dain, We were thinking about radiator mounting inside grill. Would have "modify" the grill to get it in there so only wanted to do it if I knew something would work. Would love to try what you have and see if it would work. I could come pick up today if you are around or you are welcome to swing out.
