Front hoop + dash pad?

Anybody have pics?

I'm going to be putting in a front hoop for a roll cage, but I don't know if I can use the dash pad. It has the cutout for the vent windows, so I'm ok there.

What I'm worried about is I also want a horzontal bar.

I had the same issue and same pad. I was still going to have to cut it an put the horizontal bar above the pad. I eliminated the pad and got a metal cover for the windshield motor. I will use the pad on the 82 resto project. No regrets. It looks fine.

If you run the dash pad with the cage you will either need to remove (for the best clearance and fit of the bar) or run the bar really high, posibly obstructing your view.

No problems for me running the pad (vent window style) and a Rockhard half cab cage. I have the horizontal bar mounted just above the pad, no obstruction to vision at all.
