Holley Sniper 2BBL issues

I just installed a Sniper kit w/holley in-tank pump on my 1983, Im having issues getting it restarted when its warm just cranks and cranks,

FYI-1983
258-4sp-I believe a got all of the emissions equpt. removed
HEI distributor- 11 deg initial timing-using ported vacuum.

Check your fuel pressure. I have the same issue when the fuel pressure is under 40 psi.

You can use the laptop software and tune the fuel enrichment under hot cranking if you find you have too much or too little primer fuel. But I don’t think it can be adjusted via the handheld.

Yeah I knew I should have installed a gauge but I figured the Holley pump was managing the pressure and would be fine…I would like to make sure it checks out. Just looked at the enrichment table and it drops way off at NOT so I think I could bump it up a bit if the pressure checks out.

To wrap this up I didn't have a 12V constant wired correctly when cranking
