Is this a factory radio?

Couple of questions, the first is in the title. Second question is, does anyone know how I could wire this up to test it? It wasn't connected to anything in the dash when I removed it (there were no speakers in it at all). I'm assuming red is hot, white is ground (?) and the bundle with the connector is for a speaker harness maybe? I have a couple of speakers I could hook up. The light orange wire has an "ANT" label but I would have figured the antenna was hooked up to the black connector hanging out the back. I've searched around online for a wiring harness diagram but have so far come up empty. TIA.

Bummer, had a feeling. Might still try to get it working, see if it'll play my old high school mix tapes.

If it works, nice to have a radio that fits in an uncut dash. At the time, it was probably considered an upgrade. I like it. Has buttons for stations. Hope it works.
