New member. I'm getting my wife's grandfathers CJ-6 and I'm looking for a someone to do a full restoration to give to my wife. I want to do it right for her. I live in the Charlotte NC area. does anyone in the NC/SC area? Thanks

Pics? Lately patina resto’s are popular and they can actually retain more value. Although overused, “they are only original once” is true and may retain her grandfathers essence better than a resto. Just my .02 cents.

Thanks, didn't think to take pictures when I was there last and he doesn't have email or smart phone...can you believe it? picking it up next week. will stay in the family so resale value is not extremely important. want to do it nice with some small modifications. it has the hard metal top which I am not a fan of. and a small v4. thinking about finding a dauntless to replace engine. I'll post some pics when I get it. would appreciate opinions.
