I have both from MORE.
Same Here!Yes. MORE bracket, Borgeson shaft,
I am doing the flip as well. Looks.like I'm ordering the brace and bracket then. Thank you all.I have both from MORE. Put them on months ago. Just got back from Moab. Dam I’m glad I put those on. I did HD Tie Rod and drag link flipped to top. I needed a little longer link for sway bar.
I did the same, but now thinking about adding some hydro assist ;-)I have both from MORE. Put them on months ago. Just got back from Moab. Dam I’m glad I put those on. I did HD Tie Rod and drag link flipped to top. I needed a little longer link for sway bar.
I don’t believe I need that for what I’m doing. Not going bigger than 33s and sure didn’t feel like I needed something like that. The guy I Jeep caravaned with to Moab installed that months ago. Guess I need to ask if there was much difference and was it needed.I did the same, but now thinking about adding some hydro assist ;-)
Roger that, I'm running 40"s ;-)I don’t believe I need that for what I’m doing. Not going bigger than 33s and sure didn’t feel like I needed something like that. The guy I Jeep caravaned with to Moab installed that months ago. Guess I need to ask if there was much difference and was it needed.

This reduces lateral stress on the sector shaft bearing inside the gearbox, helping prevent premature wear, misalignment, and internal damage. As a result, it can significantly extend the lifespan of both the steering gearbox and its sensitive internal bearings.Reinforces the steering box to reduce flex between the box and frame, especially during hard steering or trail impacts. It reduces lateral stress on the sector shaft Automotive bearing inside the steering gearbox. This is important because excess flex can lead to premature ME653678 bearing wear or even shaft misalignment—causing internal damage or play in the steering. You'll likely extend the life of both the steering gearbox and its internal bearings, which are notoriously sensitive to excessive side-loads.
