As far as a TF727 is concerned, look into potential front driveshaft clearance issues before going that route.

what John said. I needed a minimum of 4” of lift on my ’81 304/TF727 for the front driveshaft to clear just for on road driving. Doubt it’d clear in flex situations.

You need a stock diameter driveshaft and a stock depth pan. Works fine Offroad
