do they stall like stock carbs when you take your foot off the throttle. if i'm going up a steep incline and stop my motor dies. some people say a weber conversion will help. others say ONLY fuel injection will do the trick. anyone ever wheel with a weber ?

The Weber will work better than a stock carb if you can get it tuned properly. However, it will still stall out on the steepest inclines or when you really don't want it to. I have TBI injection on my Scrambler. I have had an original carb and a Weber. If you don't do extreme trails, or can keep from clutch stalling the Jeep over obstacles you may like the weber. If you are having to buy the weber new, you will spend close to $400. You can get a Howell TBI for around $900 if you use a group buy.
