Hello All, BigWalt suggested I start a stand alone thread about my 1984 Jeep CJ-7 full electric conversion instead of hijacking someone else's posting.. He knows and it's pretty clear in the descriptions that I'm NOT a Scrambler owner - I never had that much cash when I was younger to get one...

Not good. I suspect, it's due to the cables being the wrong size, these are 1/0 when everything else is 2/0 (70mm2 < the new way of referring to cable sizes). I'll switch these out and see what explodes then.... So, sniffing rather then listening.
