    Old to new 4 link

Here I got the frame boxed back in where I cut it to long. I didn't get As Much wheel base as I wanted - I would have had to Comp cut the back and I didn't want to do that. Not a fan of the look, yes extremely functionable, but not my thing. Then I got the Frame plates in that my pal Todd sent...

Oh I'm not in the least worried about my welds, it was Clayton Offroads welds that came apart 😉 And there was NO penetration at all - In fairness to them I have to say that they did send me another Truss and it was supposedly welded by Clayton this time, But I didn't plan on using it again. It...

    Old to new 4 link

So back in '15 I finally did a 4 link in the rear of my Scrambler. Well Christmas this year I went wheeling in Socorro, NM with some Pals and I ripped my rear truss for my upper control arms off trying to clime a ledge that's about 9-10ft with a fairly nasty undercut. My pal Terrell in his TJ...

    18th Annual Colorado Scramble July 22nd, 23rd & 24th 2020

The gathering in of it self is for sure family friendly. As for the town I would think so for sure, its Colorado Mountains. As for the cabins you'd have to call them and see if they have anything left for our time frame and check the neighboring towns, they are all pretty close.

    18th Annual Colorado Scramble July 22nd, 23rd & 24th 2020

***UPDATE*** OK so I just called the Cabins and they are full on busy and doing very well in the Covid world... Some restaurants are open and some are still in take out mode, which as far as I am concerned we at least need a form of take out, and I think there very well be more cooking on our...

    18th Annual Colorado Scramble July 22nd, 23rd & 24th 2020

Yeah that is a bummer. A few years ago I had an injector go bad on the old tow rig and was stranded for 4 extra days - I understand completely. Did a 6.3 come in yours originally? I figured that was a 5.7?

    2019 and 17th Annual Colorado Scramble - July 24th, 25th and 26th

Oh yeah you will be good. Sounds like its set up for trailing, next step locker in the front or both if your open back there as well. If nothing else you've got the tire, gear and lift to get through this easily, if your locked in the rear you'll be fine. Chinaman's and Iron Chest are the only...
