    I would also go thru the flowchart for the heater diagnostics and wiring/ECU pinout and continuity which will also be in the OEM diagnostic flowchart.

    Are you sure that the O2 wiring pinout is correct and the programming is correct for those O2 sensors?

    By deleting the feedback, then you are defeating the purpose of fuel injection making conditional changes for you. Is it possible that you have wiring issues when you re-did the stock harness?
