Sometimes the plastic gear inside tranny slips on the shaft ya have to remove the output shaft on back of tranny to get to it mine did it so i used some red locktite on it been working great for 3 years now they don’t reproduce the part anymore
Yup eventually I sealed the engine bay- underneath & bed before I lined it worst part is where cowl meets tub just cheap sealer I used 3m urethane sealer pricey but excellent stuff
I just converted to rear disc brakes I’m running rear Dana60 with eldorado calipers front dana44 with wildwood gm dual piston calipers cj rotors so 4 wheel disc 3/16 lines everywhere wildwood adjustable prop valve 8” dual diaphragm booster any suggestions thnx

Have 35’s currently re. 1444 & re1445 front soa shackle reversal Crabtree cj rear shackles all around no rubbing have wider axles though 2 years I’d say sagged 1/4” so far rides unbelievably smooth tracks straight as an arrow

Just put a Dana60 in with eldorado calipers Dutchman 35 spline shafts late 80 Kia rotors wondering about the stock proportion valve should I. Remove go adjustable or modify stock any info greatly appreciated want to do one & right
yes I just bought some rivnuts for dash didn’t even think of using them 1st time my door & tailgate openings are pretty good actually I sealed all the body seams under tub with 3m seam sealer then epoxy primed & 4 coats raptor liner time will tell I guess
