The cutoff dates for the 2nd Annual Hot Springs event are as follows-
May 20. Registration and PAYMENT needs to be in to guarantee that you are registered and we will have time to order T-shirts. Money and info in by this date will have you covered!
May 27. You can register by this date but there is NO guarantee that you will get a shirt but will have a meal.
These dates allow the committee to order and schedule meal, shirts, etc.
Again, if your money isn't in by these dates you won't be counted.
Walk ups on Thursday or Friday will be allowed to drive but no meal will be guaranteed.
