Incorrect alternator bracket installed by PO

I recently purchased a 1981 CJ-8 where the PO deleted the factory AC and related bracketry. Unfortunately the non-AC alternator bracket was not installed when the AC compressor bracket was removed. What’s even more strange, is the the PO instead installed a California AC alternator bracket (serpentine idler) on my v-belt engine.

I found the proper bracket on eBay and bought it, but I need help identifying the hardware. What bolts (specification) and nuts do I need to install the proper bracket?

Looking at the explosion diagram there are four bolts and three nuts, no spacers nor washers.

Also it looks like one of the alternator mount studs is broken off in the front cover.

I’m hoping the front engine cover can be saved. Never tried to extract a broken bolt stud before.
