Was a day late getting to that chili...

I always finish off my chili by putting it in the grill for like an hour so it tastes like camp chili!! Enjoying a cold one while I keep an eye on it...

My boss (Executive Chef at the restaurant) wanted me to smoke pork butt for him for our 4th Celebration at his house....
Also I'm working on homemade BBQ sauce and baked beans this morning!

Father's Day present:

Anniversary supper tonight:
USDA Prime beef shoulder clod, fat on.

After smoking for 7 hours:

+ smoked Mac and cheese and fresh-picked blackberry cobbler.

Life (and marriage) is grand!

30# of maple cured pork belly and about 8# of Merguez lamb sausage on Friday!

Did a whole hog roast with a few guys at our church for a potluck celebrating paying off a 16 acre property for a future building site!
When they went in the smoker at 5pm Friday...

Pouring on some good stuff!
