Why not just get an original one? Most fab shops do not have bending dies for 3" as it really is overkill in a chassis/racecar/fab shop.

No offense, my post says I want a new one. I don’t want an original unless it’s like in perfect condition. I’ve yet to see one that is in near perfect condition and I have no way to transport it.

If anyone knows of any company that make me a factory style roll bar please let me know.

I am not interested in any originals nor am I interested in anything else but a brand new roll bar.

There is a company in central FL that makes custom rollbars for trucks in the diameter of the Scrambler.
I don't know what they would need in order to duplicate one.
I actually had thought it might be a good option for them to market reproductions.
Anyway... they are "Sterling Equipment and Manufacturing Co. Of Central Florida, Inc."
Their website is down for some reason, they are up on FB.
I messaged them to check on the website issue.

If you go to the trouble of having one custom made, I'd ask if it can be made of heavier stock (thicker wall) than OEM.
