What kind of pressure valve is this?

Trying to debug my Howell fuel injection system and need to get a pressure gauge and purge line . Anyone know what type of connection this is?

That's what I was thinking.. except for what looks like a valve stem in the OP's picture.

You may just want to remove that (it looks like it just screws into the coupling with NPT threads) and replace it with something more common.

I've got a Schrader valve on my TPI.

If it does screw out and the threads are 1/8" NPT, something like this would work:
