How much weight are your vehicle tags good for. I just put tags on a pickup in South Carolina and had to upgrade tags since standard tags were pretty much maxed out. So I upgraded to give me another 600 pounds of carry capacity. Upgraded tags are at 5000 lbs now.

You have an overload from a hot wire against a ground somewhere.

Sand paper and patience will be your new friend if you decide to paint yourself

Sorry long post. As stated, most shops only want insurance work. I had a shop that I trusted, said they would do my CJ8, and do it right. They had recently rebuilt a CJ8 tub for another customer, so they should have good knowledge of what was involved. When ask for estimate I got crickets...
