    100 questions

Thanks for responses, the TOPTOW would save me from carrying around extra parts. I just don't like the hook, seems line could slip off easily. Most likely I will get the receiver hitchlink style and leave it inserted in receiver, stow a 3 sided trailer ball set in bag with recovery items

    What's on your Work Bench?

well I have figured out one thing about ordering parts for Jeep. They say they will fit in ads, but you have to make them fit. Been drilling new holes, now the bumper winch shield is on a work bench being enlarged so it will align with Rocky Ridge bumper bolt holes.

    CJ8 paint and clear question

If you are only concerned with runs, repairs can be done without more applications of clear or paint. To remove runs get a good sanding block, bucket of water, and plenty of patience. Once runs, sags are removed then it will be time to "cut and buff". This is process of blocking complete...

I wanted a hitch I could trust, not to be worried about how much tongue weight. All the ones I saw for sell appeared to be aimed at light duty applications. This hitch by Curt claims some high numbers for tongue weight and pulling weight. Way more than I ever plan. It bothered me that all the...

Paint Shop in New Hampshire, Maine, Mass

Its has alot to do with regulations for paint and body shops. Lot to do with customers expectations ending up decided by courts. Body shops would rather get $50.00 per hour labor from insurance companies rather than $150.00 per hour labor for individuals. They know most people can't afford cost...
