Great seeing you Jim... hope you are staying safe. I think the plaque says Laredo, and I have seen it come with stock interiors, although I have never owned a CJ that had one. I'm not sure if there is a source to find one. The other thought was maybe I'd recondition the paint and redo the decals

I'v never seen this interior

I'm looking to get some input from this board. the I love original CJs, and recently ran across this one a couple of hours from where I live. I put a deposit on it, and the owner was nice enough to hold it for me until I can see it at the end of the month... 1980 Jeep CJ7 4X4 4 speed manual...

In some light... it's actually hard to believe this is the same color. t.....

I will start by saying I chose 4E, Chestnut Metallic Brown-1984. my other option 5E, Dark Metallic Brown-1985 I got some preliminary pics early in the paint process.... this is a long story and it may be interesting to no one, but AMC/Jeep really worked hard to confuse the Dark Brown colors...

I hope this bar is on there correctly.... it's not easy to figure out and a tight fit
