What kind of locker is in the rear? If the hubs are unlocked in the front and it pushes on tight turns a detroit or lunchbox locker in the rear will cause a similar feeling. If you coast through the turns you will hear ratcheting but it should stay unlocked. When you add throttle an auto...
Sorry to hear of your spring troubles. My BDS springs also have that "kink". I've never had any issues like you are seeing though. Mine were used and initially the right rear sagged pretty bad. I took a random Alcan leaf from another pack and put it in as an add a leaf. Wasn't...
I had that with mine as well. I don't run visors due to my roll cage. Not sure why that bracket is so wide. You could just trim the bracket off closer to the most inboard screw.
I would just add to use a GL4 gear oil - not GL5 for the trans and Tcase. The GL5 spec has more extreme pressure additives for axle gears. Those additives aren't friendly to the yellow metal in the synchronizers in the trans.

I changed both rear wheel cylinders on my stock axles without pulling anything but the brake drums. Are you talking about pulling the shafts from the axle or pressing the bearings on with the press? I thought after removing the flange bolts the shaft and bearing should come out. That said all...
