Got my elevator platform built and guide wheels all lined up. Will be nice not to have to carry things upstairs in the shop.

Concrete is 4000 psi no flash with fiber 1% calcium later this summer I will go over the floor again with a densifier with color thickness is 7 inches in back of shop dropping to 6 inches at doors.

Still working on getting scrambler house done. I am getting closer and should go faster now that i dont have to watch concrete dry.

Slowly cutting my 2x6 steel to build my 2nd story inside my building. Band saw is not very fast but was only a few hundred bucks. 15 minutes per cut x 32 cuts yep definitely better head to the store for beer

It’s looking tall. At what height is the ceiling going to be? I made mine at 18 feet to be sure plenty of clearance.

Apparently mine was delivered. It was mixed in with the pile of things delivered daily. It looks like an ups sorting facility at my house some days. I have a lot of people who find it necessary to live with me and they all shop online. 10 people plus my wife and I. Will get my pictures posted soon

Yes I already have a foot of gravel under the asphalt that was there for about 10 years and the asphalt is 6 inches thick I guess can’t get much better base

Finally got concrete guys to say they are going to be here next week to pour first half of my shop. So I’m putting down the plastic to protect my shiny new walls and moisture barrier on the asphalt.

As the 8’s wait outside patiently I continue working on their cozy abode. Metal completely done inside and roof insulated. Next a nice new slab of concrete.
