What is the brown one in the background w/ the hardtop?

Looks like a Rat Fink style Willys w/ the roof line.

47 cj2a. So much custom stuff. Chopped windshield, homemade hardtop, gull wing hood with air actuated scoop in the middle, power tilt steering column, 4 camera for rock crawling. It is from Delaware. Full build report on Pirate i believe, never seen it there. Belongs to a guy on another forum i visit. Really cool Jeep.

The white 8 on the obstacle course is mine. Unfortunately, the second time through the course didn't turn out too well and I broke a yoke strap on the rear driveshaft. I only lost the U-joint caps and the straps so it'll be an easy fix. Drove it home in FWD.

Bummer. Good for you for doing it though. My baby got nowhere near it. My buddies Rubi got stuck in the "JKU trap"

Red 4 door that got stuck on the dirt mound? I think it had 2 flags on the back.

I saw a black JK on the right side of the rocks getting a wheel/tire replaced. I heard he punctured the first one on a pointy rock.

That one was sweet.

And wasn't the brown one a 5 as well? Can't remember what the front looked like.
The guy that owns this has a bunch of old, super clean CJ's with implements, saw mill, ice cream maker, etc. Powered by the PTOs

Nope. I did see that one though. He's got a hydro blue hard rock edition.

Was great meeting everyone out at the show. Had an awesome weekend even though looking at these pics and reading the post I think I missed most of the show being back at the swap meet. But sold 2/3 of my stuff and for first time ever didn't buy anything at the swap meet (trades don't count!). Weather was hot but no rain or wind this year so will take it. Did have a trailer tire blow out on I-97 just before BWI on way up but luckily I had a spare and went to the local tractor supply up there to get another for piece of mind on way back home. All the Scramblers I saw looked awesome and can't wait to be able to work on mine and get up there, even though it may be a few years.
