Anyone know if there is something that goes inside here or attaches to front to mount to windshield frame?

I've got one in the yard. Will try to take a pic of what it looks like this weekend. I haven't mounted it yet so haven't looked at how it goes on.
 
Clips or latches just like on the side of the top. I would imagine that there needs to be a small bracket that attaches to the windshield frame. This one is going to a new home in an hour so I figured I better snap pics while I still own it.
 
My top has a smooth fiberglass covering there just like what Barry had in his picture. There is a thin piece of weatherstrip glued to this smooth fiberglass area and them it clamps down to the top of the windshield frame with those clips. Mine has some aluminum pieces pop riveted on.
