Hello,
I found a hartop here in Germany, but it looks new to me. I never saw a hartop with two windows.

Somebody can help me out please, if it is original?

Pretty sure that is one made from 2 CJ7 tops. I can not see seams but rear side window looks to be CJ7ish.

It is not original, at least for a US sold Scrambler, maybe an export one. Only ones that were sold with a full top in the US were the Postals.
 
Export CJ8s, especially sold to the UK, had no windows at all on the sides. perhaps this one then had two holes cut on each side? Dave the sparky here on the forum has a windowless full top :wave:
 
I agree the with Barry, however, you can almost see the seam at the lower edge, but the finish from the outside looks they did a very good job mating the two...I am doing this now here...

Thanks for all the answers. This is what I thought too, made out of 2 CJ7 hard tops.
He has some other parts for sale, perhaps I will look at them and look closer to the hartop.
 
I think the UK ones were actually made in the UK and that is not one of them as mine has strengthening ribs in the roof and a textured finish to the outside which is more snake skin in appearance than the stippled texture of the halfcabs.

No problem, thank you for the pics.
I went to the guy today, who sells the hardtop. It was a CJ 7 hardtop modified to fit a CJ 8. The top needs some work, so I decided not to buy it. I don't know how it would look like on a CJ8.
I prefer the one with only one glass over the whole side.
