Control module 82 in-line six

Hello, I just received a refurbished Carburetor installed it and the engine will not turn over (run).
I parked the Jeep about two 3 weeks ago and even though it was running rough, the engine was running.
I installed the refurbished Carburetor this morning and now the engine won’t crank. It’s trying to bit the engine just keeps trying to start

I have fuel going into the carburetor and fuel going into the Carburetor from the Ventura.

I checked the spark plugs and the spark plugs are clean.

I checked the distributor cap and cleaned the rotary arm and the jeep was still not fire over.

There is that module on the inside drivers fender. I’ve googled this and come up with different answers to my question.

Does that module control anything to do with ignition and spark?

If it is, It's part of things I changed when I did the "Nutter Bypass" and ignition upgrade many years ago.
I'm not 100% sure but I seem to remember that there are different ones based on the color of the harness plug.

yes - looks like it.
I went through some old boxes after I made the post and found a new spare, swapped it out and it made no difference.
I am trying to find out how to safely check to see if I have spark are the plugs.
I guess I need to buy a spark tester.
