Fuel tank filler and vent hoses

Anyone recently buy both the filler and vent hoses for a 15 gallon steel tank ? Most places I’ve checked have one or the other and the other half say they also fit a cj7 , NOT .Jeeze i used to have 6 or 7 vendors to buy from but with some going out of business or realtruck buying the others its slimmer pickings now . Found a guy out west on amazon that has a new cj8 set but they must be gold plated and also wants a fortune to ship .

Thanks , I did run across their site, very thorough. They stock everything not only tanks and hoses but also valves , fillers , straps etc all in one spot , looks like you have to call to get prices didn’t see them on the website .

It's important to note that for the 15-gallon fuel tank, these hoses are NOT the same for years 81-82 and 83-86. I sent the original AMC stamped fuel and vent hose off my early May 1981 Scrambler to MTS years ago. These were the templates that were used to develop their 1981-1982 hoses. They fit like a glove. Can't speak to the fit of the 83-86 ones.

Lines are ordered, those are some nice folks at mts . Inquired about a filler neck but mine being a 85 has the funky long tubes probably close to 6 inches long that the hoses connect to .mts said they heard about those but don’t have any . I said i’m the original owner so i know its factory but it’s in good enough shape to keep using.
 
I have a bunch that came with my CJ8 project that I cant use, due to swapping out my factory tank for one I made.

I guess I should post them for sale? Didn't know they were rare.

Thread 'CJ-8 Fuel Filler for 20 gallon tank'

Posting this for future reference on what filler neck and hoses are for early scramblers vs late scramblers. (So I don’t put the wrong parts in the wrong model year.) These are for the 20 gallon tank. On the model numbers below, use 15 where they show 20 for the 15 gallon tanks.

Top filler is 83 - 85 (or 86 if one really exists)

MTS Company hoses
CJFHCJ8-20 - Fill Hose (corrected a wrong #)
CJVHCJ8-20 - Vent Hose (corrected a wrong #)

Bottom filler is 81 - 82

MTS Company hoses
CJFHCJ8-20A - Fill Hose
CJVHCJ8-20A - Vent Hose

Here is a post showing the 2 different filler neck styles. The part numbers are for the 20 gallon tanks.

I don’t think either are terribly rare.
