Does anyone have any pics of the iron duke 4 cylinder vacuum setup? Would be nice to see and even better if with a weber carb.
 
skiptown, that would be great! The more pics the better as it's hard to see some of those lines. I appreciate your help!
 
vac mod4.jpgwhile shooting there photos I came up with a vacuum module that might be broken and need replacement but I dont know what this valve does.... Its broke off at the end where one of the vacuumed line attaches and it appears the other end has been crimped or bent and I would guess not working properly. Im thinking pulling out the VAC module and simply plugging into the Ford part. Any Ideas??vac mod1.jpgvac mod3.jpg

This is just a guess but it might be a check valve (allow vacuum to go in only one direction). Looks like you may have enough of a nipple to glue a new vacuum hose to. Just replace the hose between the check valve and the ford part.
 
This is from 2005. Someone helped me out with my 151's vacuum.

I found all sorts of cool stuff in old files, took an hour to find it though.
 
I have to say for such a small motor there are miles of vacuum lines! I like Ottos diagrams as well. As I was taking the photos for you I found a couple lines need to be replaced, one disconnected, and the small valve which had the hose glue to already broke. So this was a good exercise.
