Marchal 850 fog lights - question

I found one on ebay for my Mark VII with the whole mounting bracket I need, the cat logo was painted on the inside of the lens where the one still on the car is the metal part.
 
Here it is, with and without. The gizmo is a hair over 7/8" high and wide. Center in the raised circle of the lens. Whatever I used to glue mine on, don't use that, 'cause mine fell off again.

Either way, I'd buy them. If they are the smaller 750s, Jeep XJ and Mustang guys want them. Those look pretty nice.

They are in good shape. What about the different color emblem? Does that matter?

Well I just got the set of emblems in the mail from the seller on ebay. He ownes a machine shop and the cat heads look great. They fit exactly inside the glass indentation. They are not black but bare metal. So painting or powder coating is necessary. Not bad for somthing that hasn't been made for years . Now i Wonder if I sent him endcaps if he would make them out of aluminum lol. ....

my wife has a very steady hand when it comes to painting. the cat heads have fallen off my 850s as well so she's gonna try and paint them on. We can still see the outline of the eyes. worth a shot at least.
