MOPAR EFI kit deal?

Extras as in the:
vibration dampner
Check engine light
New correct tach (stock lard won't work)
Correct ccv valve and breather (the ones int he kit won't work with my valve cover. And it looks like I'll have to pull my valve cover too. But we will see once I get the kit

Also got a coupple of other things from them just because I figured I might need them
 
Well looking at summit they went from shipping on 9/17 to 9/20. Seems like no one will be getting these things soon
 
Just got off the phone, they quoted me the 15th . . .who knows, we'll all probably be sent a Carter BBD with a Mopar EFI sticker on it.
 
Lol. Well here is where I'm at. Called jegs again. They said the distributor "mopar" is not sending kits out. Eta is sometime in oct. As in late oct.

Was just kicking around on the hesco forums. And it looks like they are bringing out a new mpfi kit.... In the next coupple of weeks. Supposed to be cheaper and easier to install (I honestly can't see how the current one it THAT HARD)

So just a heads up to everyone ;)

The main thing that is different is the electronics and there is less hardware that comes with kit.

I don't thing you will get a NEW unit from the source you named.

some did but not very many, after four months and three different shipping dates I was told that MOPAR had changed the part number and the new PN price was x2 in cost. Total BS since I talked to MOPAR after I placed my order and the kits on the shelves at Jegs were the same PN with suffix reflecting the revision, as the new kits.

I very much want to say dont shop at Jegs but I cant since I knew going in that the advertised price was wrong but it seems that accepting my order and quoting me a price should have been considered a contract and should have been honored but they would have taken a $1200 bath per unit sold if they had....
