Nerf bars

Its kinda hard to get in my jeep so I was looking at nerf bars. But some places that sell them list them as just cj, others say they are for a scrambler. Will they be the same for a cj7 or are they scrambler specific?

I had some for a CJ7 on my Scrambler for a little while. Until I had some custom made.

The CJ7 nerf bars work. But they are shorter. I made mine center the space between the wheel wells. At least the best I could due to the tranny crossmember.

They rotted off so I trashed them and went with the custom square tubes to match my Runck bumper

Somebody used to make CJ8 specific nerf bars, just do not remember who.

too bad you are far away, I have a brand new set made for a CJ7 still in the plastic you could have for free. Just holding them up and eye-balling them they seem like they would work.

no idea what shipping would be to you or how to box them up but if you are interested they are yours.

There are Scrambler specific bars available, I saw a set on Ebay a couple of weeks ago. I'll keep my eyes open if I come across anything.

I've got a pair I got from a member here. Not going to use them as that project ended up with outboarded wagoneer springs and used up the mount location. 3" round tube in black. PM me if you're intereted.
