PCV installed now I've got a mess

I had 2 breather caps and swapped them out for 2 PVCs. I've now got oil coming out of the grommet (see pic). Front one goes to the plate on the carb, back one goes to the air intake. Whats wrong with this?

The back one nearest the firewall either needs the PCV taking out or one of the breathers putting back on so it has a filtered fresh air feed in to the top of the rocker cover.
Oil will be coming out as the 2 PCVs are causing the crankcase to get pressurized and it is finding the easiest way out, you only need one PCV valve to vent the crankcase gases.
 
Yup. No PCV on the hose to the air cleaner base. Its the clean air source.
